In this area you can live near the shore, or by one of the many streams or man-made lakes. If you want privacy there are cabins nestled deep in the woods, because the entire area is filled with lush, verdant forests. You can also live in the downtown area, and buy a condo in Jacksonville itself. There is never a shortage of options when it comes to real estate in Jax and the surrounding area. I initially worked with a small real estate brokerage located in western Jacksonville, but that didn’t last very long. The agent who helped was not interested in finding me the perfect piece of Jax real estate, he just wanted to make a quick sale and move on. Instead I went to another agency, one of the oldest and most respected real estate companies in NE Florida, and I explained to them what I needed. This real estate company didn’t pressure me about a sale, they took the time to get to know me and find the perfect Jacksonville property for my needs. I wound up buying six acres of land north of Jax, a wonderful piece of real estate that provides me with everything I need. I have no plans to move, but if I ever do the same Jacksonville real estate agency will help me list and sell the house. It’s good to know people in real estate.
