Selling property in a bad neighborhood

I bought a home in Jacksonville in an up-and-coming neighborhood.

All of the houses on the street had been recently renovated.

It felt like a great investment. I planned to live in the house for a couple of years while making improvements. I then hoped to sell the property for a profit.
